Short Note of Apology

•May 17, 2013 • 4 Comments

I want to publicly apologize to Sara Rossa over at Weekly Photo Challenge @ WordPress.com ; and to Skinny Winch over at A Word in Your Ear for my errors in my last two posts. My posts were in response to challenges published by Sara, and not by Suellewellyn (Skinny Winch). The error was not intentional by any means, just me having a blonde/senior moment – twice. :) So I hope no one was too confused, or holds me in dis-regard by these oversights. I promise to do better in the future. :) Have a great weekend!

Weekly Photo Challenge – From Above

•May 16, 2013 • Leave a Comment

When this challenge was first presented by Sara Rossa at Weekly Photo Challenge @ WordPress.com I wasn’t sure I had anything to contribute. But after viewing the submission for this challenge from Anil Cm over at My Travels and Photography , I was reminded of these images of Washington D.C. I took from the observation deck of the Washington Monument. So without further adieu, I present to you my take on this challenge – Washington D.C. – From Above.

Thanks to Sara Rosso over at The Daily Post At WordPress.com for this weeks wonderful challenge – I chose to find patterns in nature while watching a flower bloom recently. [yes, there will be blog showing that wonderful event :) ] So, without further comment – I’ll allow my images to speak their piece.

WOW – I never imagined that I would have 100 followers with my little blog. I never say much, as my main goal is to present images that you will enjoy and hopefully share with friends. In that tradition, I humbly thank you all once more, and offer the following in celebration.

Mother Nature is at it again! She has decided that Spring is still not ready to appear in Ohio. After temps near 60 over the weekend, April Fool’s Day brought snow! Now granted the ground is too warm for it ti pile up, but it continues to prove the old adage that ‘If you don’t like the weather in Ohio, wait a few minutes – it’ll chnage!”
